Blakemore's Wrath is a main mission in Everspace 2.
Adam must power up and activate the homebase’s defense turrets to repel an impending attack from Blakemore’s fleet, protecting the station from heavy assault.
Objectives & Walkthrough[]
- Power the first turret
- Prepare for a fight before undocking
- The turrets are powered with energy spheres and periodically need replenishing.
- Activate turrets and defend the base
- The hull integrity of the homebase is shown in the top right of the HUD. Blakemore's carrier launches mining torpedoes several times throughout the battle which must be destroyed to prevent damage to the homebase. A flak cannon works well for this. The G&B fighters cannot damage the homebase.
- The player cannot damage the carrier directly.
- The turrets will slowly chip away at the carrier's health. The battle will be shorter if all turrets are kept operational.

Intial[]
- When I got back from the Khione system there were already G&B scouts close to our base. Eduardo managed to pull out the station's defense turrets which I now need to power up before G&B can launch their attack.
Completed[]
- Shortly after getting back from the Khione system, Blakemore, commanding a gigantic carrier, launched a strike on our homebase. He expected us to be defenseless, so we caught him by surprise with the station's heavy artillery. We were able to fend off the attack and force Blakemore to retreat.

- Consumable turrets can work quite effectively for this mission.
