Bloodstar Overseers are a heavy fighter-class Bloodstar enemy in Everspace 2. They are identified on the heads-up display by a twin-triangle icon.
Characteristics & Behavior[]
Overseers are very heavy armored combatants which maintain their distance while using their Autocannons to attack. Their overall toughness is comparable with Outlaw Destroyers. They are armed with two Pulse Laser turrets.
They try to boost away and leave multiple Mines in their wake to attack from afar when the player gets too close or their some of their armor plates are destroyed.
Strategy[]
The armor durability of Overseers can be reduced significantly by blasting off their plating with concentrated fire. Hence precice but fast firing weapons should be used. Slow firing weapons like the Rail Gun can have difficulties blasting off the armor plates.
Armaments that ignore armor can be used to circumvent the armor. Additionally, the Annihilator Virus and Corrosion Injector Devices are very useful.

Occasionally Bloodstar enemies can warp into the players location to attack Adam after he defeated the Bloodstar Chief. This is not limited to locations in the Ceto system.
