The Enforcer is a primary weapon in Everspace 2, a variant of the Scatter Gun. It fires shotgun-like projectiles with exclusively high kinetic damage and low ranged capability. It can be charged to fire more projectiles. Compared to the standard Scatter Gun, the Executioner deals greatly increased kinetic damage and has reduced spread at the cost of having zero energy damage output.

- Damage and energy-related stats of all primary weapons scale exponentially with item level (including bonus levels from rarities and prefixes), with exponential bases of 1.13, 1.16, and 1.14 applying to damage, energy capacity, and energy consumption, respectively.
- Listed damage is the total damage of a theoretical 1x2 volley (2 hardpoints firing 1 shot each).
- Charging this weapon adds projectiles to the next volley, with a fully-charged volley firing 9 shots from each hardpoint.
- Time to full charge is 0.50s by default (0.35s with the Swift prefix), resulting in a weapon energy cost per fully-charged volley of 7.4 (5.18 with the Swift prefix) at Level 1 Common.
- The listed energy consumption only applies while charging a volley. Holding a full charge blocks energy recharge, but does not consume energy.
- Listed DPS is computed based on firing fully-charged volleys as quickly as possible, taking into account both charge time and fire rate. It assumes 100% accuracy/hit rate of each projectile.
- No prefix: approx. 853% of listed damage (approx. 1.06s total between 900% damage volleys)
- Swift (-30% charge time): approx. 994% of listed damage (approx. 0.91s total between 900% damage volleys)
- Rapid (+20% fire rate): approx. 935% of listed damage (approx. 0.96s total between 900% damage volleys)
- Only generates with uncommon rarity or higher.
- Was previously known as Executioner before the Armed & Dangerous update.
