Equipment sets in Everspace 2 are groups of linked equipment pieces that provide various unique bonuses when equipped together. More bonuses are provided as more pieces of the set are equipped, typically starting at two pieces equipped. Most sets can only be found as loot in specific systems. Set items cannot be crafted, even from improvising.
Sets specific to certain systems can also be found from events in that system, including Supralight events, High-risk Areas, and Ancient Rifts generated from a Spatial Bypass in that system.
Set items are marked with a unique icon () in the equipment menu.
