I Heart Scrap

I Heart Scrap is a side mission in Everspace 2. A young and enthusiastic entrepreneur from the Colonial homeworlds named Yon d'Avila hires Adam to introduce him to a local scrap dealer (Banjack) at Charybdis Bowl.

Objectives & Walkthrough[]

Meet the entrepreneur at Charybdis Recycling Plant
- Check the wayward drills for the state of their AI units (2)
  Allan, would you mind checking the drill units? I really just need one in good shape, so I can make copies for the remaining machines.
  Yon D'Avila
- OPTIONAL: Destroy the still working AI panel
  - This creates an opportunity for the Bloodstar exiles to work with d'Avila

A businessman from the homeworlds hired me to introduce him to the scrapper bot at Charybdis Junkyard. Well... "hired" may be overstating a bit. Basically he just asked me to do it, then ran off waiting for me. Whatever, he wants to invest big in scavenging operations in the DMZ, so he must have some credits to spare. So regardless of how it started, I am on board for now.

I helped a businessman from the homeworlds set up shop at Charybdis Recycling Plant. He seems confident that this will help him strike it rich as some kind of scavenging mogul...

If you sabotage the drill and get the Bloodstar remnants to work with him:

Well, good luck to the optimists. At least I got some former outlaws from Bloodstar to help him. True, it's a strange set-up, but something tells me that it may just work.

Attacking the Outlaws after they have turned neutral will prevent the optional outcome with them. One or two stray shots should be ok, but continued fire will turn all the outlaws hostile.
