This page lists all main missions in Everspace 2, ordered by progression. The main storyline will take 20-30 hours to complete, not including any side missions and extra exploration.
1. The Wingman (Part 1) - Tutorial (skippable) Start: End: During my task to protect the G&B mining operation at Deep Fields we found signs of a fight between Outlaws and G&B inside the giant hollow asteroid there. After a brief encounter with an Outlaw Ravager, more Outlaws appeared and we continued fighting them outside. While the mining crew managed to escape, our escort was gunned down and I was taken hostage by a band of Outlaws. I wonder what happened to Ben - I hope he is still alive. 1 150 2. Flying Blind Start: End: After escaping an outlaw base and a giant cruiser belonging to the Colonial Fleet, my cellmate, Dax, and I managed to reach Dax's secret hideout at Rhodia. 1 200 3. From Scratch Start: End: I've collected enough resources so we were able to repair the base's power reactor. While looking for them I was attacked by several outlaws. Our hideout does not seem to be so secret, after all. 1 250 4. Edge of the Universe Start: End: I've managed to fix the three signal distractors that Dax had set up to hide the location of our base. 2 500 5. In Transit Start: End: I bought a system scanner for Dax and stole a container with medical supplies from a Grady & Brunt convoy. As it turned out, the pod also contained a cryo-frozen doctor... 3 1000 6. Spares and Scrap Start: End: While looking for a way to leave the Ceto system, I ran into a broken scavenger bot. He told me that I would need nothing less than a military HIVE AI if I wanted to get past jump gate security. Fortunately, Dax seemed to know where to find one... 4 1650 7. Ceto Ghost Hunt Start: End: We destroyed the outlaw disruptors, killed the outlaw chief, and almost found a HIVE unit at the Ghost Fleet. Unfortunately, we forgot that this was only the EVERSPACE 2 alpha build - which doesn't have single HIVE in its code. Guess all we can do now is wait... 5 2300
