Maybe a former mining outpost or even a military installation from the war... Whatever, Bloodstar doesn't care. As long as they have bunk beds and a shower they are ready to make life miserable for anyone who is unfortunate enough to pass by.

Outlaw Base is a site in the "Deep Fields" region of the Ceto system in Everspace 2. This location is relatively small, with lots of asteroids and a significant Outlaw presence with one large base.
