Outlaw Sniper Drones are a drone-class Outlaw enemy in Everspace 2. They are uniquely identified on the heads-up display by a ring with a crosshair icon.
Characteristics & Behavior[]
Sniper Drones have a longer engagement range than their allies and will attempt to maintain clear line of sight and a distance of approx. 2 km or more while taking aim with their powerful Rail Guns.
Strategy[]
Getting within approx. 1 km will often force Sniper Drones to abort their shot and retreat, while hiding behind terrain will instead force them to approach in an attempt to regain clear line of sight.
