Reliquaries are rare items obtained from completing Incursions. They can be used while starting an Ancient Rift, adding a bonus to the total loot quality, additional loot, and beneificial modifiers "blessings" to all stages of the rift. After successfuly completing a rift with a reliquary selected at the minimum required lunacy level, an additional reliquary container will generate alongside the normal rift loot reward, with several pieces of Equipment and a legendary item.

In-game description:

A mysterious vessel containing technology touched by Ancient power. The energy released by Ancient Rifts may be able to reveal its contents.

Notes[ | ]

  • They can be dismantled, yielding 100-200 Tears of the Mad based on its quality. They can also be opened directly outside of a rift, costing 1000-2000 Tears of the Mad and yielding one legendary item only.
  • To be used in a rift, normal reliquaries require a minimum Lunacy level of 100, 200, 300 or 400. Radiants require Lunacy 500, 600 or 700. The lunacy requirement can be circumvented with Tears of the Mad when activating a rift.
  • Reliquaries can also generate with a single equipment type as a suffix. The legendary and all bonus loot in the reliquary container upon rift completion will be of that specified type, allowing for easier "target farming" of equipment.

Blessings[ | ]

Normal reliquaries always have one blessing, while radiant reliquaries always have two. The second blessing on radiant reliquaries is a powerful one that can't generate on normal reliquaries.

Desperation Overload At 25% health, enemies are emp'd and receive corrosion.
Shield of Faith Allies are invulnerable. Radiant only
Celerity Killing enemies provides 30% increased stage progress and resolve.
Rebirth Instead of dying and aborting the rift, gain a second chance and fully restore hull, armor, and shield. Radiant only
Incorruptible You are immune to all debuffs.
Aptitude Device cooldowns are reduced by 50%.
Overload You gain all of the possible passives of your ship class. Radiant only. Does not add exclusive passives.
Power Nexus Infinite weapon energy.
Untainted Passage The rift has one less stage.
Unwavering Resolve drain is reduced by 50%.
Fatal Bond Killing an enemy has a 30% chance to instantly kill anther one within 500m. This effect can chain. Radiant only
Boundless Grasp Gain unlimited energy orb pull range.
Endless Barrage Infinite secondary weapon ammo. No effect on the Bomber
Death Ward Killing an elite enemy grants an Energy Shield (invulnerability) for 5s. Radiant only
Eternal Surge Infinite boost energy
Divine Strike Critical hit chance is increased by 100%. Multiplicative with the player's current crit chance, does not guarantee critical hits.
Trinity You gain all three level 30 perks Radiant only
Stasis Field Enemies within 500m are slowed down. Radiant only
Domination An Ancient Warden is fighting by your side. Radiant only
Inversion Incoming damage has a 10% chance to be ignored and restore shield and armor instead. Radiant only
Sorrow Enemies drop 20% more Tears of the Mad.
Prosperous Secondary weapon ammo is increased by 100%. No effect on the Bomber
Agony Drones attacking you will instantly be destroyed. Radiant only
Sanctuary Sphere Area contains energy restore fields, repair fields, and damage buff fields. The fields are green, blue, and red, respectively.
Purge Killing an enemy deals 2% hull damage to all other enemies. Radiant only. Triggers Ragnarok's destabilize effect.
