Weapon Overdrive (ES2) is an Ultimate ability in Everspace 2, unique to the Interceptor sub-class of medium fighter-class ships. It heavily boosts weapon damage and fire rate and provides unlimited energy. Killing an enemy increases the remaining duration by one second. Using this device tints the screen red and changes the sound of weapons fire.
