Zharkov Border Control is a site in the Union system in Everspace 2. This location consists of transport & shipping stations, a few asteroids, and the official but inaccessible Jump Gate to Zharkov. Cartwright's Wake has the accessible jump gate. Okkar are present but it is not a protected by their patrols.
